About the Founder

Hi, I’m Oluwatooni Oyeyemi — a farmer, personal development coach, and lifelong learner passionate about cultivating goodness in life, business, and the land.

I hold a degree in Environmental Biology from Canada and a Master’s in Production Animal Science from Australia. I launched Switzerland’s first indoor farm for African and Asian vegetables, supplying high-end clients like the Marriott Hotel.

Since moving to Nigeria a year ago, I’ve built Fresh & Fair Farms — an organic farm delivering fresh produce to homes, restaurants, and stores. We’re Nigeria’s first commercial supplier of free-range organic eggs and pork, backed by over ₦100 million in local and international investment.

I founded Ground Up to help diasporan Africans return home, farm with purpose, and build truly organic, profitable farms without the usual guesswork.
